(9th Feb) Tuesday Evening London Run
Hey all. If there is any interest I will be doing a run on Tuesday after work (6pm) possibly with a colleague. Not too bothered about speed and will prob aim to do between 6-10miles depending on enthusiam.

Hi Neil,
I would like to have joined you for a run tomorrow night but sadly I will be doing a hill session on Isle of Man seafront instead!
Keep me posted though. I usually run in London on Tue / Wed / Thur evenings, anything up to @8 miles (usually start around Hyde Park & then head off towards the City).

Shall we try to meet up one day after work next week. I can do any night at the moment (i think!) 8M works for me. wouldn’t mind doing it at a bit faster pace (for me) which looks like your normal pace?
